CSS Template

CSS Layout: I need a CSS template created for a new website; the site will focus on B2B documentation and the company name is roughly based off of a salmon. If background/header images are to be used, try to integrate a school of salmon smoothly into the design. I have attached a PDF file with the material to be included on the template. It is extremely rough and by no means the required layout. Please let me know what you propose. The template must be user and search engine friendly , W3C standards compliant, valid (XHTML Strict) and cross browser compatible. The navigation tabs should not be images as I will need to change the tabs for a section of the site. Note 1: There needs to be a fourth div that is not indicated in the PDF. This div will be the entire width of the body, replacing Main Text, Side 1, and Side 2. Note 2: If there is a background image, please make sure the text is easily readable. If the background is a strong picture, use a technique such as displayed at: [url removed, login to view] Note 3: Here are three images of salmon that could be used. If you want to use one of these let me know and I will purchase it. Let me know if you have another that you would prefer. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Platform independent: complaint with all recent versions of Opera, Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
