Design and implement an application to allow deaf persons to communicate with hearing persons by building sentences using a defined path, icons and other tools. The finished sentence will be properly structured so that hearing person can understand. Pre-made sentences will be available. The user can also create their own sentences and store them in their own folders, which will be created when they choose how they want to organize their sentences.

This application will be implemented on a Pocket PC and other devices using Windows Mobile technology, such as the HP iPAQ 6945.
