add internal email client to pc repair tracker app

I would like to have an integrated email client that I can use to email clients from within the pc repair tracker. Ideally I would also be able to associate the emails with a particular work order or be able to create a work order from the email sent in to us.

The application is written in php with css style sheets.

I have attached in a zip file the pc repair tracker and in this zip it has the instructions on how to set it up and look at it. ( takes less than 5 min to setup)
