Build a COT net difference using forex pairs in a DI indicator graph to give me a signal on my EA

The following was taken off the COT MT4 Indicator Suite, I want it to favor some currencies over others and compare the strongest ones by creating a bull, bear or neutral signal. If it is in a buy or sell mode in comparing to the other currencies in the market. Generally speaking i believe their is about 8 different currencies and i trade around 20 different pairs, id like to pick out the strongest ones to give a signal, if you can offer any insight on how this could be attained, im all ears. This isn't for market timing its about market direction. I'd like to create an option for longer term trading in my EA. I'd like to buy the strongest currencies that are giving a buy signal and short the weakest currencies which are in a sell signal as depicted by the type of DI differential net difference oscillator
