Create a signature Pad for a mobile phone

What we need is when a user is sending a text message I want them to hit the attach button and select signature in which a user signs the phone with their finger and it then attaches that as an image to the text message. Very similar to adding a picture or location. Ultimately I we want it on all platforms, android, ios and windows but bid for just one(you select) and then we will add the others after. Lets start the bidding!
