C Sockets for Linux

I have coded a tool in C, and I need somebody to find out the problems in the code and fix it. Since the code is already written I need someone to fix it, and make it operational, and fully functions, or improve it where necessary. It's a relatively small program.

Program is Copyrighted, and upon completion of job, should not be copied or distributed, nor claim any rights or warranties.
