Constant Contact Templates from HTML

This is a simple project for someone experienced in creating Constant Contact Templates. I have already created 3 table based webpages that I need converted to Constant Contact Templates and tested for use. Attached are the 3 html pages so you can have a look. If you need more info I can send you a PDF of what the finished product should look like via PM.

Ideally I would like this done in the next day or two.
