Children's storybook video (text, 5 images & audio narration provided)

We need need a storybook video of Jack and the Beanstalk aimed at children age 4+.
It will consist of 15 minutes of narration with the words from the text (attached) fading in and out, alongside 5 corresponding images. The font of the words should be Hobo Standard for the foreign words, and Arial for the English words (to match the file provided).
The length should be around 15 minutes long to match the narration and the images can either stay in one place or change position.
Here is an example of a more complex version, this can be much simpler. (Bare in mind that it’s for children)
