Create a Logo Animation video loop

I'd like to have two logo animation videos created. One that intros my logo in a neat, but brief way (there are 100's of these templates on the internet currently available for $20 or less). But I'd also like to have a second video that flows perfectly behind the first as a ~10 sec loop, just holding my logo in place on the screen, with perhaps some very light effects happening (so that it still seems live and not just a picture).
I want the whole thing very clean looking. Something similar to this: [login to view URL] -or- [login to view URL]
I don't mind if the intro video uses one of those templates, but I can't seem to find anyone to make the second matching video loop.
I also have a third animation I'd like made if I find the right person to work with.
