ASP.NET VB.NET Automatic Website Login Script

A simple script is needed that will automatically pre-fill a username and password into website login forms, so that the user is authenticated. Basically, when a user clicks a link to go to a website with a login form, the login section where they enter a username and password should be bypassed. Usernames and passwords for websites are all stored in a SQL Server table, which will be used to fill in form fields. This script should work for virtually any website. Also, I would like this to be a standalone script coded in VB.NET. In other words, no applets, components or Windows form applications should be used in conjunction with the script, if possible.
