Build a Webpage

Hi,

My project is a simple webpage that makes it easy for me to select DXF or DWG files and create and send an email with the files attached and information in table form. .

Must Haves:

*Select DXF or DWG files from folders on my local machine or a network address (weather it is in the cloud or on my LAN)

*Specify thickness and material each file needs to be cut in (Example Mildsteel, Stainless Steel or Aluminium. 2mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm this list needs to be easily update-able)

*Selected File must list previous materials and thicknesses ordered

*Selected file must show a preview

*Upon completion a preview of all selected files must be displayed and stored in table format

*Selected files must be attached to an email and sent to contacts pre specified.

I would like to see a page design before awarding the job.

I am looking for fixed prices for the project.
