Configure a "Classic ASP" Website

I am porting an existing classic ASP website from an original SQL 2005 and Win 2003 server with IIS.
I wish to port this across to Windows 7 and SQL 2008 on IIS7. At the moment this is not running but I need assistance to connect to the database and get the app running again. The software is already installed I need you to lead me through the next few steps.
Thereafter we will be working on launching this on Windows 2008 server.
I need someone I can communicate with in english and that we can trust and understand one another.
Although 100% of this app is working I need your assistance to add new features and functionality.
I want someone who can assist in redesigning/re-engineering the app and adding in new functionality and features.
You must be well seasoned in VBScript. This website has approximately 30 pages to date along with complex reporting etc.
You must be seasoned in SQL databases.
Ultimately I am looking for a long term relationship with a experienced developer who understands my solution and can build to my requirements over time as the business grows. As this grows the project will become more complex and thus every time I get hold of you I need you to remember where you left off last time so we can carry on with the next stages of work.
Please submit previous examples of complex ASP and SQL db attached websites/projects so that I can review your skill level.
The migration will not be to Windows 7 but rather across to Windows Server 2003 and SQL 2005.
To commence you must know how to migrate and get the system running. An experienced person should take between 2-4 hrs no more.
For long term purposes I need you to know how to code with SQL stored procedures, views and assist in redesign of the classic ASP web site.
