Data Entry Program to Allow Trading Across Multiple Websites

I want to input data across multiple sites at the same time. This program would enable me to input a buy or sell order from many sites simultaneously, input the order, and process the password and confirm it automatically. So, at a very basic level, I would input the number of the buy order I wanted (say it was Reference #125, I would simply enter "125") and then it would purchase (or sell) this across 14 or 15 websites, automatically enter the password, and confirm.

That is the gist of the program. Websites come and go so I would need someone who is able and willing to provide ONGOING assistance to add sites to the program. Since you will have to basically understand the terms I am looking at, strong command of English is essential.

I have already had this program built in Visual Basic and it was a brilliant beginning and I could see all the potential in it. However, that programmer is no longer available and further, I do not have the code nor the program. He did highly recommend that the program would be better off in C SHARP so I am going to request that.

As for budget, I'd like to hear bids.
