Manage, maintain and re-design our Talent management software in AWS cloud.

Current State of the Talent management software:

- It is fully functional

Specific features or changes for the redesign:

I want to add a few modules into it namely Competency matrix, training and development, Increments, Bonus, Incentives, IDP, PIP, 9 box

Developer requirements:

- The developer will be required to work individually

We have a production and development server in AWS, he needs to manage that. also he would need to build APIs with client softwares whereever needed at a nominal price

Ideal skills and experience:

- Experience with mysql, laravel, PHP, Java script, and react JS

- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Good communication skills

- Prior experience in talent management software development is a plus
