Android App/Google Maps

Hi, please bid on creating the following: Full source code and Android project to be provided once complete.

I'm looking for an android app that:

1) Once installed asks the user to register or automatically logs user in if already registered

2) save the login information to a google cloud database (please can you advise on whats best for this solution) and emails the user their login details

3) Loads a full screen of google maps with auto geolocation enabled (takes you to where you are) IF not online or timeout then everything should be stored locally until next time the device is connected the net.

4) The user should be able to drag a google marker (symbol) to another location.

5) Clicking the symbol on the map opens another screen that has a form to fill in

6) The form will include; the latitude and longitude, your logged in username and comments box. Additionally a button to use the phones camera that allows the user to take a photo of the current location and is included in the form for submitting to the db. Pressing send will update the cloud db
