Android Location and Map Enhancement

I have an existing android application with limited functionality. What needs to be done: Make the application location aware using Google Play Services including getting the last known user location, receiving location updates, displaying location addresses on a Google Map and updating the map automatically according to current location and creating and monitoring Geofences to alert the user of places of interest to them. The user should also have the ability to click each marker and display a new Intent with information concerning such marker. Accuracy is key. I need someone who has skill in location-aware android apps and this person will focus only on this aspect of the app.
