Autoforward for telegram -- 3

I have join many group and channel in telegram. What i need is to forward every chat or message from group and channel i join to my own channel. My aim is to make a clone or duplicate the group and channel for personal use. I want it to be 100% same with the original which has all media, link and chat from beginning to the latest one.
