need Android app, that be able to send and receive Circuit Switched Data (CSD) transfer (1G data transfer). It's simple app, just need to send and receive messages through cellar network. App need to send sms as well (so either CSD or SMS)
Interface of the app doesn't matter, but should work in offline condition.
We will use this code for next iteration of our app. We expect executor to join us on next iteration (with separate pay).
