The app is basically a scan system where the user can scan one or more pages of an agenda, make some optimization in the photo, and send it to specific devices/destinations (Email, iMessage, iCloud, Google drive, Dropbox, Onenote, Onedrive, Slack, Box, Google Photos, FTP).

The app will have about 15 main pages and modules to manage the system, as

The basic step to follow are:

- I have an agenda, I write in the agenda my notes.

- When I finish, I take a photo/scan of the page or pages.

- The app will cut the part outside the page, it will optimize the size.

- The files I get will be sent to the indicate devices/destinations.

I can change the label on the right side, and for example, if I insert a new label, I can send the modified document to other devices.

The labels are definited in another section in the app. The identity of the label will be made with the QR Code. I mean, when I make the photo, the app has to identify with the QR code which label is available, and considering the position of the labels, send the document to the specific device. Another QR code on the page will identify the kind of the page.

The app have to work for all the IOS device (all the version of Iphone and Ipad) and Android devices (has to fit to the different displays). Should be realized using Sketch, xcode and Android Studio. The final apps must have a valid format to be sent to the apple and google platforms for approval, and be approved from them.
