Required Drupal app For Android and iOS

We are looking for Drupal app developers from iOS and Android who can create mobile application for an existing website. The project name is Collaborative Innovation Portal(CIP) which is a platform for users to share their ideas which goes through a series of evaluation before implementation.

CIP is implemented in organizations where the employees/users can share their ideas and give suggestions on the ideas posted by others. Users can improve the ideas by voting and commenting on it. The refined ideas goes through a series of reviewers and the best one is selected.
