Looking for an application developer / team of app developers who can built an application which is based on GPS location based. Application should be capable to add buyers/sellers via Mobile App & customer could be able to search the seller based on the range criteria etc. like someone within 10km etc.
seller should get an alert that someone is asking for services related to their field and they should be able to give their response by either accepting or rejecting the request.
If someone accept the request then customer should get notified by the total time taken & cost set by the seller for the service (as described by the seller, may be on each accepted order request or something pre-defined that how much time it may take for them to reach to the customer).
If 4 service providers give a quote for the service, then customer should have the facility of accepting 1 and rejecting rest of them.
If no one is available in that service region then it should allow user to search for more wider area lets say 50 km and it should search those vendors who says they can give service to 50 km area etc. (it can be based on google km radius mode measurement or Service pin code measurement that you need to determine. I prefer pin code mode.)
Payment should be facilitated via mobile wallet maintained by us.
Capability of adding payment facilities via credit card/debit card/net banking etc. into our wallet and then pay to us.
Payment criteria will be set by the service provider on each request created by the user.
Time/budget is limited hence if someone have already done something related to this, kindly need to apply for this job. maximum budget i can go for is $750 but if you have something really amazing, i may consider to negotiate on my budget.
About the desired profile:
I am looking for a team of people who have prior experience in developing the mobile apps and which are running successfully in any country on a public platform. I'll test their app on my mobile too.
