Let me be very specific. Do not submit your bid if you do not agree to everything I am writing below. If you have any advise, or need negotiation, then stay away. Its not for you. Being a writer, I expect you to be able to read. So if you bid blindly and then start negotiating, I will simply mark your bid as spam.
I will be creating milestone. As I do believe milestone is important to have working relationship. But yeah, I wont release a cent without half months work, for the first time. After that, it would be monthly payment, but milestone will be created.
Terms:
I have endless work. Yes literally endless. Right now, looking for few trusted people to join me. My experiences have been best with Nigeria and Kenya till now. But that does not mean others can not bid.
I need 3000 words a day. No excuse. No trying of using spinner or any trickery ways. I will catch you and you will not get paid a cent for any work done previously if I catch you trying to fraud me.
Every articles need to pass copyscape, and can not have grammar or spelling issues.
If you miss deadline which is (3000 words/ 24 hours), then you will be penalized $5 each time. No excuses. So do not id you are not serious or is a time waster
Right now payment terms are as below (100% Fixed term and I do create Milestone):
3000 words/ 24 hours= $110 a month
4500 words/ 24 hours=$165 a month
6000 Words/24 Hours= $225 a month
10000 Words/ 24 hours=$390 a month
15000 Words/ 24 hours=$590 a month
While bidding, let me know which one you want to choose.
Remember, all product would come with milestone, but I wont release a cent whenever you want me to.
Finally, if you quit in the middle of the project, then you will be paid only 20% amount I owe you. This is because I have no room for quitters.
Finally, this project would run till either one of us dies.
And the only thing I need form you:
Timely work, quality work and no trickery. And as mentioned above, I offer 0% negotiation. So if any part is not accepted, don’t waste my time with your bid.
I will make some milestone when awarded. When I see you are serious and really working, then would put milestone upto 50% to show you I mean business.
