I want someone to build an AI customer support for business. To provide business api to integrate in their website. The goal of this AI is to answer every single business need for customer. The AI will know your account number to answer various questions.
Example : if you are in the retail business, the AI can track your package from your account. It can check your balance. It can answer many questions concerning topic business need.
Example: Service busines: The Ai can answer many business question you might need from that business.
With a clean interface where business can enter all their question and the AI will provide common question to business owner based on suggestion so they can have that ready. Also the AI will learn and adapt to how the customers are reacting to it. Also, business can decide to chat real live as well with their client ( which can be include in a package)
Business will sign up and we will have various prices based on packages per user.
Basically I am looking for a similar business like zendesk and zopim but this one will solve business need without relying on someone to answer questions.
