Fix so that PgAdmin III stays connected to a heroku postgresql database.

Try connecting PgAdmin III to this heroku database:

Port 5432

Password fa4QrfJ-HkqtRodICZHLZLeMEK

Then let PgAdmin III stay idle for some time. Then press the refresh button. PgAdmin III will then notify you that the connection has been lost and ask you to reconnect. At least on my computer the reconnection will not always work, and I need to exit PgAdmin III. This is EXTREMELY annoying. Therefore, I need someone to fix so that PgAdmin III stays connected. You can do this by either:

1. Modify PgAdmin III source code, compile and release both the source code and the executable to me

2. Do some trick to ping the heroku server to keep the connection alive

3. Some kind of proxy or tunneling

4. Do whatever crazy ugly hack that you need.

I need this to work on my Windows 7 machine.
