Certified Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a certified Salesforce Developer who can help us aligning our business processes with our Salesforce Sales & Services Cloud in Lightning.
Note that we are proficient C# developers and work with the Salesforce API to sync our data and business processes, but we lack the time to implement it. We will write out detailed processes and tasks which should be implemented.
We want to build a long-term relationship. In the beginning there will be a lot of work: 40 hours a week. After the initial month or 2, there will be more adhoc work to do.
