I am a newish data engineer. I am learning the DAX language for Power Bi. I need one table to "LOOKUP" a value from another table based on a few things. There is no relationship between the tables and they come from different sources.
WHAT I NEED: I need a DAX code in the "MasterData" table (in the calculated columns) that say, (If item number is not empty then match the item number from this table to the item number in the "LookupInfo" table and bring back the "ProductLine" for that item number, otherwise, match the item descriptions to bring back the "Product Line", if both are blank then say "none". and then again for Entity...which I assume will be the same exact code just plug in the other names.
