I am currently seeking an expert who can configure v2ray on my mobile operating system. The ultimate aim is to send the data network to the SIM provider, leveraging their server network without consuming from the SIM network.
Key Details:
- Integration of Transparent Proxy: I want the v2ray configured to accommodate a transparent proxy, to ensure efficient, anonymous browsing while utilizing the network.
- Sending Data to SIM Provider: The main purpose of this project is to set up a system where we use the server network without consuming from the SIM provider.
Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Past experience with Transparent Proxy and network mapping
