Inbound Product Support

Currently looking to add a few new customer support professionals to our team! Must have some customer service experience! Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with no maximum, so you can work as much as you want beyond the 20 hours!!
You have the ability to pick your own hours!! I can be different every single week to conform to your schedule! The rate is $9-$14/hour based on performance (the metrics are pretty easy to meet!)
Also offering up to $300 in bonuses throughout the project!
Course Certification - 11/11/16 – 12/12/2016
Monday thru Friday Class Times Available (select one):
• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST
• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
• 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM EST
• 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST
• 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST
• 8:00 PM – 12 MIDNIGHT
Hours available through December 8am - 8pm EST Monday - Friday (minimum of 20 hours) Hours Available January through April 8am - midnight EST Sunday - Saturday (minimum of 20 hours of which, 4 hours on Saturday or Sunday and 3 hours on Monday. April 17th a minimum of 4 hours.
No class November 24th and 25th. There is a shorter course certification available, only 10 days long if you are a quick learner and are eager to get started! Service revenue is earned once you have passed the course certification and begin servicing for the client.
MUST BE LOCATED IN THE USA, UK, or CANADA!!!
Background check and training is $21.94 reimbursed after 30 days of servicing!
