Designers and developers required for new development agency

I am about to launch an outsourced software development company for a specific set of industries, and require web design and development freelancers to help with the considerable pipeline of projects already building up. I am posting this to create a roster of repeat-use freelancers, so please send your details, along with standard day rates (if you have them) and examples of work. All information will be treated with strictest confidentiality and, if required, I am willing to exchange NDAs with interested parties. This is open to all technologies, but experience of corporate web design, GUI design and build and intranet applications (browser and/or client-server) is a must. I have two GUI design projects in hand at the moment with a considerable product rebuild from PHP to .NET about to go live, so please respond quickly.
