Customer Satisfaction Surveys

We are looking for well-educated professionals to call our client’s customers to inquire about their level of satisfaction in their relationship with our client. As a business researcher, you will be conducting short satisfaction surveys, often with decision makers who make large purchases from our client. This position is not a telemarketing job; you are not selling anything. However, you do represent the client and us; therefore our professional standards of conduct are high. With each respondent, you will strive to establish a short, but trusting and meaningful phone dialogue in order to obtain his/her feedback and specific suggestions for service improvements. You will record the conversation using software we provide and transcribe all meaningful comments. You will need to be productive, of course, but quality is the essential consideration.
