This site is for people for the ages of 13 to around 25. I need a game, video, music,news site that will have the ability to sign advertisements. I have already bought out the domain at illzone.com. A logo would need to be created to fit the name of the site. Flash buttons would be required as well as space for advertisement.
I want someone who would know how to attract customers of this specific age range. A forums section would also be necessary

I would also need a manager to upload files as well as keep an eye on the forums. 50$ per month will be the cost of management. We can work that out.
