Wedding Portal

Our project is a wedding site where each couple create their own wedding page, where the guests can see their photos, history, confirm presence, buy the gifts and other things described below.

1.) All couple will have a login with access to admin where he can post photos, tell their history and create products for guests to virtually buy.

2.) All products bought will be converted in money and charged in the gateway by credit card. will be our local gateway that receives only 5 parameters from post. Then gateway will send the money to the couple.

3.) We need to have about 5 different themes to the couple to choose (change background, colors and fonts) I can send the models to you.

4.) We, the site admin, need to have a login with transactions info that tells how much were sold separated by couple, so from there we can know how much to pay for each couple.

5.) The couples will have option to create photo albums and instagram pics with defined hashtag will be posted in a separated album with the optional moderation by the couple (users post direct or couple aprove before pics appear)

6.) Facebook and twitter defined hashtags will be shown as a quote part next to the footer of the main site, maybe last part before footer, with the autohide if empty.

7.) The last one. After use join the site, he will have 10 days to the couple to test, and then the access expire and they must choose 1 of the 3 plans:

3 months: R$24,90

6 months: R$44,90

1 year: R$79,90

Remebering that the demos above are design layouts. But all of them must

be in the following order (btw, please make them all responsive like

examples):

- Main menu

- Pictures of the engages with a countdown counter floating.

- About the Bride and Groom (sepatelly side-by-side)

- Story of the couple

- Impotant events (may include cerimony and party, if coulpes don't put

a cerimony place, cerimony alto hides)

- Galery (with a special folder for instagram pics)

- Facebook Quotes (that appears like testimonials)

- RSVP (where user put name, phone, email and how many people will be

together him)

- Store part (where guests see all the products and has de option to

click and buy, after click is directed to a checkout page, with option

to pay or add more gifts). And before the guest get redirected to the

payment gateway, in the checkout page, please add a field to put the

name of people who is sharing that gift, so it can be showed to engages

in their admin). The buyer (only the guy that will be the main user

responsible for the order) must fill a form with his complete name /

phone / complete billing address, and create a login/pass, before get

redirected to the gateway)

- Contact us part (that redirect the contacts to a mail defined by the

engages)

PS: Important, the admin part of the user must include detailed info

about all orders, with:

- name of the guest or guests who gave that gift (get from the field

that user puts the name of who is sharing the gift)

- date of order

- item ordered

- Price paid

- Status (pending or complete, it will be changed after user get back

from the gateway page to a confirmation page, that will change this info)

- total value for complete payments

- which value has alreday been transfered to his bank account
