Draw an 3 Dimensional advertisement picture of a building which hosts 7 Apartments and 2 Business units. This building is about to get constructed and I need to advertise to rent the apartment's and business units. Use the drawings from the Architect for the design. Make it a 2 Dimensional Picture with illustrates a pleasant living and a active business.
Project Scope:
Use 1 Dimensional Drawings (.DWG format) and design a 3-Dimensional Pictures which will be used for advertisement on a Homepage, a Construction Sign and as Logo for letters etc. The 1 Dimensional data is available in .DWG format as well as PDF. It would be great a have a “living picture” with people walking around and trees besides the building. It doesn’t need to be technically correct instead it should illustrate a modern living in a green environment. Animation is not required. All should be static.
Outcome:
1 Picture of the entire building in a 2D View
used for the Construction Sign (needs to have good resolution as it will be printed 4 meter by 2,5meter)
Homepage (different Formats)
Logo for letters etc.
5 Pictures from different views focusing on
The Loft apartment
The big Business unit
The small business unit
The garden apartment
The garden and property (parking, recreation, and side building)
These pictures are required for the website. Show a furnished apartment and a business unit with PC workplaces (office environment)
