1. User Registration:
a. This module will allow admin to create users and define roles of users. Roles of user will be either access to trip count module or web or both.
2. Site definition:
a. Admin will be allowed to add/delete/modify/disable site.
3. User Roles:
a. Admin will define roles and can assign these roles to user id. Roles can define user access – web / mobile / site.
4. Vehicle Registration:
a. For each site, all the vehicles to be registered in this web / mobile module. If User have the rights to add/delete/modify/disable vehicles for the site. During registration, application will generate a QR code for each registered vehicles.
5. Mobile App:
a. User will login to this app and select “Trip Count” module.
b. Each time QR code of vehicle is scanned, trip count will increase for the day. At the end of the month user can generate report of each vehicle – how many trips made on daily basis and total trips in a month.
