We are a sales call center company looking for a skilled web developer to create a portal login for internal documentation and communication. The purpose of the website is to allow our employees to see their performance and keep on track of each of our employees.
The dashboard will function as a dynamic leaderboard with automatic updates, providing real-time insights into our sales team's performance such as number & outcome of calls. Our current system utilizes the Batch Dialer platform. We require a skilled developer to handle the entire development process, starting from the backend implementation.
Preferred Color Scheme and Design Style:
- While I do have a specific color scheme and design style in mind, I am open to suggestions.
Number of Pages:
- The website will consist of 4-7 pages.
* Functional Requirements:
User Authentication and Authorization:
- Users should be able to register and log in as employees, managers, or admins.
- Proper access control should be implemented to restrict functionalities based on user roles.
Internal Messaging:
- Employees should be able to send and receive internal messages within the system.
KPI Entry and Note Writing:
- Employees should be able to log their KPIs along with optional notes.
- The system should allow employees to add multiple notes for each KPI entry.
KPI History:
- The system should maintain a history of all KPI entries and associated notes for each employee.
- Employees should be able to view their individual KPI history.
Team Statistics:
- Employees should have access to collective statistics of their team, presented through charts and graphs.
- Managers should be able to see individual progress and performance of their team members.
Admin Access:
- Admins should have access to view individual KPI reports, charts, graphs, and history of all users.
- The admin should be able to create employee accounts, change user settings and upgrade a user to a manager.
User Information Management:
- Admins should be able to edit user information, such as name, email, and role.
- The system should have proper data validation and error handling for user information updates.
