App Iphone/Ipad/Android Fast Food

We are searching a great partner for some projects.
The first project we need to create is an app for Android 2 and 3, iPhone and iPad.
The native app speaks about a Fast Food chain and requests are:
- navigation tab system
- 4 tab:
# menu tab (list of dishes from a xml file with text and 1 photo, on tap go to a detailed view)
# promotions tab (list of news/promotions from a rss/xml file)
# store locator (google maps store locator, to find the nearest fast food resturant. List from a xml file with lat and lon and possibility to calculate the travel from current GPS position)
# make a photo and share to Facebook
- good look and feel
Every page may have a Facebook share button.
