Help me with Internet Marketing

We have a website that was ranking consistently on the 1st pages for a while, and suddenly dropped suddenly in ranking from 1st page to 3rd pages.
We need an Experienced SEO Consultant to analyze and see what happened and how we can fix this. The SEO Consultant should have knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and have the experience and tools to identify the reason for drop and give specific tasks or plan to help increase the rankings again within reasonable amount of time.
We will not share any access with you, everything will be done over the phone or skype or screen sharing.
For the right person, we will have consistent gigs on many different projects on a weekly basis.
