Develop a Electronic Health Record on microservices architecture

Greetings!
We are looking for a 5-member (2 front, 3 back) team capable of developing an Electronic Health Records (EHR) app that runs on Node.JS as backend, Angular 7 as frontend and uses MongoDB as persistence layer. All details of planned architecture will be given to selected supplier.
Backlog management and Scrum will run on our end, what we want is programmers assigned full-time to our project. We also want you to be able to send business proposals with a brand, considering this is a project for a large transnational company.
In PEGASI we've developed apps for the Latin American Health IT market since 2016, and now are looking to supply these services to a large customer we have in the region.

In case that you will form a team yourself, I'm putting forth my candidacy. I'm not sure that mongodb is suitable for enterprise apps, besides the scaling capacity which a lot of other solutions have developed.
