I would like to hire a Freelance Developer

I'm looking for a programming expert to help with the development of a new app. I'm willing to offer up to 80% profit-sharing as compensation for the collaboration, and development in good faith.

The app requires a media sharing module, a media listing module, a media clipping module, a media buffering module, and a media playback module. It should enable the user to share media content by simply sharing out the folder(s) containing the media to be shared without distribution of any form between users (ie: uploading, downloading, or recording). The app should enable the shared media to be listed instantaneously (somewhat like with repository shares, but without the UA side of it). It should also have a messaging capability for messaging between users.

The website infrastructure requires an interface that enables media content consumers to share their media content anonymously without having to register for an account. This would help build the media source library.

Upon access of any media content by any user, the content is clipped by the app (into 10 second sampling clips), and buffered for download by the media server. The media server then downloads the clips, and buffers them into clip blocks for sampling to the corresponding media port(s) (ie: video port), for potentially millions of users successively.

The anti-piracy/anti-copyright-infringement infrastructure which consists of media clip production, and sampled streaming is what distinguishes it from shared distribution of full-length productions.

This project is at seedling level right now, so I'm looking for someone to collaborate with for the share I want out of it after release of the app. I would like 20K minimally as my share. My budget is nill at this point, but the opportunity might pay off well enough to make up for it.
