Pascal image contour detection for raspberry

I am creating a project in lazarus (pascal) with raspberry.

I need a pascal algorithm for image contour detection.

Contour detection recognizes and separates objects. This is to show if there are one or two people in the picture.

I just need the algorithm for this detection.

Important: It needs to be in Pascal and needs to run on a raspberry (Linux - Raspbian) with ARM processor.
I already have Pascal running under Windows, but in raspberry I can not get it to work.
