Make changes to an existing office layout (autocad dwg file attached) - generate various options

Please see the attached file. I am not a designer so please ignore the scale/accuracy, but I need you to generate 6 to 10 different options in order to accomodate 150 to 180 workstations in the given space. The workstations have to be of 1000X700MM size.
These rooms also need to be accmodated (some of them are shown in the jpeg):
Conference Room 1
Team Rooms 2-3
Server Room 1
Storage Room 1
UPS Room 1
Executive cabins 2
This attached image is part of a larger office (only the attached portion is to be changed).
