1-Design of small wind turbine tower structure (central slip fit tower & cantilevers)
2-Weight, cost & manufacturability to enable comparison for 4 different scenarios of the tuning mechanism where tower may be :
i-H or Neck Assembly (with custom design turning mechanism taken & adjusted forward from the previous effort , which slip-fits onto the slip fit tower)
ii-H or neck type design (with commercially accessed Slew drive)
iii-Normal (non-H type) with Cantilever's position optimized at the front of the turning mechanism (as one piece) with length of 3.5m
iv-Normal (non H-type) with correction length of the cantilevers to 3.8m
3-Static Analysis only (with loads analytically calculate )
4-Tower/Cantilever thickness, diameter, shape, profile optimized for weight & costs (manufacturability).
5-Amenities like door & flanges to be taken into mind.
Deliverables include:
1-Discussion , exchange that leads to final agreed design.
2-Step file /all source files
3-Report with charts, plots, images to compare costs, weight & manufacturing feasibility.
