Heiken Ashi EA

There are 3 parts to what i want

1. Either copy an exicting simple Meta trader indicator, I have the MQL file but it has a DLL file that needs to be re done or cracked. The one i have will only work on my hardrive as it looks at the hard drive number and will not work on a new laptop or home PC unless i use the same hardrive. I can supply a video and the 2 indicator files.

2. EA to open and close a trade based on this simple indicator. ( basically when Hekin Ashi changes color it will open a trade and it will then close the trade when Heikin Ashi changes color) I want to be able to set the Ea to open trade on any time frame and to close the trade based on any time frame i choose.

3. The EA should calculate the proper position volume automatically based on 2 factors: first the amount of risk; so I will be able to input from 0.25% upto a maximum 2% of total account balance. second the distance between stop loss line and current market price. The stop loss will be above % or pip amount above the first Heikin Ashi Bar that has closed to confirm a change in direction.

After having a look through Freelancer i would like to set 3 milestones with 2 smaller ones being released at different stages of the job being completed (which we can agree before hand) and the 3rd which will be the majority to be released after i have had a week to test everything is working.

I also need a programmer that will be able to help and update the indicator on a regular basis with changes and constant feedback.
