I need someone to create an HTML 5 app that can access multiple external sites, displaying them in modules within it and make resources available for download from them.
The external sites would be configured centrally on an Internet-based server to which the app would connect to and the resources downloaded from these sites (through the server) are saved locally within the app/device for later use offline.
App should be cross-platform enabled (available for use on iOS, Android, Windows Mobile, and Blackberry devices).
