Location Service

I would like an application that would work on ANY phone BUT MUST WORK ON FLIP PHONES such as Samsung M300.

I would need to send an sms message to the phone to set it up to report to me it's location at pre-defined times such as every minute/ 30 minutes/every hour/2 hours etc.etc. The message that would be sent back would include location coordinates and battery life left on the phone.

I would also like to understand your method of getting this application installed on a flip phone.
