very small change to existing android app

I need someone to make a slight change to an existing app. is this even possible?

this app works perfectly for my needs except one small step, i need to be able to have different phone numbers receive sms depending on the event or the calendar. at the moment, i can only add one number for ALL events and although this number can be changed, it is still only one number for all events so I am not allowed to specify which number for which event as I need to do.
There is another app which does this fine: [login to view URL]
but this app does not allow for reminders to be sent on time with calendar events instead this app sends sms before the event and this time must be specified for each event so means for recurring events, i need to enter the time many many many times. if you can make this app work by just showing the events from the calendar on the time of the actual event without having to manually add the time each time then this would also be great.
Please only bid if you have checked everything and are sure you can do it! if it cannot be done then i cannot pay you and for that reason I would prefer no milestone without proof
