Write an Android application to manage field staff of a small business

High level requirements -
- Field Jobs (ID, Customer Name, Address, Job Info etc) Allocated/Updated/Deleted on the website should become visible/invisible to field staff on their mobiles. Data available through webservices
- Job Info (textual data) entered in field should become visible on website
- Photos / Videos / Customer Signatures taken in field will become visible on the website (through dropbox)
- GPS coordinates will be captured every 5 minutes (time configurable) and sent to the web site
- Data Sync between the websites and mobile should happen every 5 mins (time configurable) or manually triggered. In case sync fails data should try again after sometime
- Application should be able to work in offline mode i.e. where internet is not reachable, thus should have a local database
- Application should be designed to work on 2G speeds, and speed shouldn’t become a hindrance
- Auto Updates should be possible on the mobile without having to recall or reinstall the app every time
