Need Android App

It is a video website. It plays videos from youtube based on the genre you select from the homepage.

In the back end, I have a text file with all the youtube urls (each genre has its own text file). The text files look like this

It contains the youtube ID and the title. I'm using JW player to play the videos. Currently this website doesn't play on any mobile devices.

Therefore, I need something like this as either a mobile Website or an Android App. If possible, I ONLY NEED THE AUDIO TO PLAY instead of both video and audio. The App/Mobile website will get the playlist from the server just like the JW player does on the website.

The expert is free to design it however he/she wants. I'm mostly just concerned with the functionality at this point.
