android app that can ilustracion how picture look on any room

Hello to all application developers! I'm looking for someone who can make me a really simple app in photography and art desgin.

I want to illustrate how you will see a picture or oainting on the wall! 

1. There will be an example gallery of rooms where the picture is placed: living room, bedroom, office, dining room, hallway etc..

2. an option to play with the size of the hanging image. (Manually or by dimensions: 20 x 24 inches)

also a possiblity to add a few images in the same background

3. The crowning glory is that aside from the galleries, upload or shoot a room and play with the pictures you want to put

4. Adding framing

At the end it will be possiblity to share or save as an image file. (Room with photos)

There is not much work here and you can finish it very quickly. That's why it's important for me to work on design and user comfort. That the software will look prestigious - as if it came from a big company!

I know I will get a lot of suggestions,
