App similar to PSViewer Google Cardboard App

I want to build a simple app which is similar to PSViewer. I want to upload Photosphere images on the app which anyone anywhere can view through the app using google cardboard and mobile device. The app should allow me to upload images which user can browse through a Google cardboard compatible UI
